Return & Exchange Policy
Our Commitment
At Two Star Essentials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it easy.
Return Eligibility
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation by the customer.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Customized or made-to-order products (if applicable).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/video of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.
How to Request a Return

- Share your order number and reason for return along with photos (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and confirm pickup/return instructions within 24–48 hours.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, color, or product, we’re happy to arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong item sent, Two Star Essentials will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
